There never was a video of the Cecilia sessions.
I contacted Inquisitionlive several years ago and asked where I could buy video(s) from the Cecilia series.
Here's the answer I got from them :
There is no DVD with the Cecilia videos, as we only did 2 short scenes with her - not enough for a complete DVD. The Cecilia sessions have been more real torture play sessions or custom photo shoots.
As I understood it those series were custom photo shoots with a couple who were clearly into inquisition style play sessions. Judging by the quality of the pics from these series they are clearly not vidcaps but real photos.
I do have one of the 2 short scenes mentioned in the reply from Inquisitionlive. She's tied to a wall completely naked and waxed with multiple candles in a candlestick. The screen capture below is from the start of the clip (duration about 14min)
