Various liquids that make the breasts swell and/or become bigger, either temporarily (saline injections) or permanently (body modification; not my thing, but it's a thing).

Or irritants, like a mild acid, or chili extract. The purpose then would be to cause pain.

Good questions. Saline seems a little tame, while we don't want anything permanent. Pain serum seems about right.

RL or fantasy, I wouldn't want to inject anything that would cause toxic poisoning or fatal internal damage. Would have to research that thoroughly, or just stick to hot skewers and spiked clamps.

It's the opposite actually. Spikes or hot skewers will cause internal damage to a nice pair of breasts, which can lead to infection or other complications. An irritant doesn't have to cause damage. Capsaicin in particular only triggers pain nerves, it doesn't do any damage. Capsaicin is the component that gives hot sauce its heat; you can eat a spoonful of hot sauce and it will set your mouth on fire, but there's zero residual damage after the pain subsides.

Fun fact: birds are unaffected by capsaicin. It's a molecule developed by chili plants to ward off mammals.
