You have to understand where Alex is coming from. This is just MO, btw.
His production company so far has relied on a number of gorgeous amateurs. I actually think of them as pro-ams, as they are getting paid a very small amount for their participation.
The fact that most of the girls/women come back for repeat appearances in Cruel World says a lot about how Alex treats “his girls”.
He gently reminds me that there are a number of girls that would do what I’d like to see, in my case, more fondling, with up to full penetration.
But then I think you’d see more “porn” actresses, with accompanying tattoos etc., instead of the “innocent” faces and bodies that we are treated to.
He’s very slowly moving in that direction. I have a custom (in the planning stage) that will show this.

"Pro-Ams" is a good way to put it. I know Cry and Anna Luna are Pros (I've seen them in other productions), and I think Demonica is as well (she's too pretty not to be). But Wahlberg, Anastasia, Alina, and Anna are/were amateurs who are/were doing this to help pay for a university education. That's why you won't see any Elite Pain level abuse in my movies. I come at it from a 70's B-movie approach where a girl is suspended/crucified and then fake electrocuted, but not much further than that. For whipping and caning, I turn to Mood Pictures/Elite Pain for genuine stuff.

I've seen Demonica and Anna Luna in productions from other producers in my limited web travels. Both very hot girls.

Riding crops and canes always struck me as consensual/semi-consensual. Something more along the lines of "slave discipline".
Even using two whips, as Dungeoncorp liked to do, seemed to me as spreading out the impact with multiple lashes, lessening pain rather than exacerbating it. Now the real cat o'nine tails was a different story, of course.

As long as the reactions are somewhat appropriate. Cry still does it for me, despite the W&G face. And to me she is getting more beautiful as she approaches full womanhood, filling out as opposed to getting "chunky".

Most US (and even European) producers won't go that direction because of their supposed "audience". Most Electric City Production numbers strike me as somewhat one-dimensional.
