Love to see and use GIMPS with dental spreaders for dental torture, mouth torture, eyes, and facial abuse.

Lets have a thread focusing on that part of the body.

Including fucking-machines ramming a captive throat.

The reason there's icicles hanging off the metal is because it's -20 c, and she's been in there over an hour. Don't worry she wont freeze to death...

...Because her feet are immersed in hot water, and her body will increase blood flow to her feet and spread the heat to protect her vital organs, of course it'll hurt like hell...but that's the idea.

That picture, she isn't spread enough. Legs need to be much further apart...

According to feedbacks I got from a few slaves, dental mouth spreader type gags are the most uncomfortable to wear for a long time. Also they make the entire inside of the oral cavity visible and accessible, which adds to the humiliation. All slaves hated it and preferred ball gags (or any other types) IF they had given the choice of course...
