Yes, I agree with sonnysear. "Sharing", piracy really, is not nice, or cool.
An owner of one of the smaller bdsm video companies came up on the Forum and said piracy ran him out of the business and furthermore, snuffed out his creative fires. He was very angry about it, and rightfully so. I think the smaller companies are maybe hit the worst.
Yes, I realize piracy in some amount is inevitable. I just don't think we want the GIMP Forum to be a part of it.
La Reine Margot actively fights piracy, and she could probably tell us how exhausting it is.

BTW, I think one form of Insex may have ended in '05, but PD is still very much active and involved with the "new" company, and I believe he has some stake in it.
