Wanted to ask the lash experts something. I was looking at some screengrabs of a single-tail whipping scene from a past custom. I was under the impression that it was simulated (villain uses whip prop, model acts, sound effect inserted), but I just noticed a long red-ish mark on her left back and putting my earphones on, there appears to be no sound effect. Since this was brief, could it have been not simulated? I'm asking for a visual inspection based on the screengrabs but if anyone wants this clip it's at the link below.
