NATIONAL REFORM CENTRE EST.1926 (CHRONICLES OF CRUELTY)
Re: NATIONAL REFORM CENTRE EST.1926 (CHRONICLES OF CRUELTY)
Some old photos and illustrations provide a glimpse at the original good intentions in the early 1920's. It started as a benevolent project but quite rapidly became much darker organisation.

This looks like a photo from the mid 1980's. It looks as it this is a subject that has undergone some 'treatment' and is clearly disorientated

Cecil Cuthbertson and his wife Emile, were important figures in 1922, as they become instrumental in plans to expand the NRC facilities and provided vital finance.

The upper floors of an NRC was often where the medical and technical departments were sited. Here this appears to be one of the many surgeries that carried out medical research using 'subjects'

The judges have come to a verdict!
Inmate #8569 will be dehumanized and referred to as "it" from now on.
For a period of 6 months it will be available for sadistic men and women willing to pay big money for torture sessions with the dehumanized thing with only one limit : no mutilations!
The money will be used to compensate the guards who got hurt during it's escape attempts.
At the end of the 6 months it will be executed in the courtyard of the NRC in the presence of all inmates.
The execution method is still under consideration but all judges agreed that it did not deserve a quick death.

I think that is worthy of further deliberation

Two recovered colour photographs here of what looks like loading areas. the buildings look like government or office buildings. It is not known if this was a facade for an NRC.

This picture (circa 1962) looks as if it might be a subject attempting escape as she is taken down form the delivery vehicle.

It is unclear as to what this picture shows, however it is highly likely that it could be subjects being moved to another location.
