I kind of know what you mean - I like to see a woman completely shamed and humiliated and, although stripping her completely naked, is great I enjoy certain scenarios where the victim is reduced to just her panties.

There are 2 scenarios that particularly appeal to me:

1) A female head of state is deposed in a coup. She's imprisoned for several days in a filthy, stiflingly hot prison cell and isn't allowed to wash or to change her clothing. The temperature in the cell causes her to sweat profusely and sSoon her clothes are stained and dirty and her body odour is over powering! Under threat of torture she admits to corruption charges and signs a confession document.
Her captors decide that she's to be publicly humiliated. She's stripped to her panties and then dragged by her wrists through the streets. She's then strung up AOH & legs spread in the main Capital square - as a final humiliation, her panties are pulled down so they're stretched tightly across her knees and she's left there on public display.

2) A female master criminal is tracked down to a hotel room where she's preparing to flee the country. An elite female police force burst in on her just as she's getting dressed and she's in just her panties. She's arrested and handcuffed behind her back. The authorities are determined to have a showcase arrest and there are TV crews and photographers outside waiting for her to be brought out.
The cops take her by the shoulders and start to lead her out - to her horror, she realises that they're going to take her outside in just her panties! She begs for mercy, pleading with them to at least let her put a bra on! I still remember so many years ago when I watched Return of the Jedi on VHS. I wouldn't be honest if I didn't admit that the mentioned scene simply captivated me. Yeah I think the reason I've become so fascinated with the Junta political prisoner scenario is in broad outlines, its like the dark gritty adult real world version of what happened to Slave Leia. She's the Leader of the Rebel Alliance, leader of the revolution, and shes all chained up and on display.

I also think the perception of corruption and drug dealing with Juntas, make them more like Jabba the Hutt. Like in rough analogy Nazis=Empire, Junta=Jabba. So in some sense its even more humiliating for the proud Rebel to be not in the hands of a cold bureaucracy, but a lustful hedonist slob.

But yeah my ultimate fantasy for the Junta scenario, is to keep the Leader of the Revolution, all chained up, in sexy lingerie on display as a prize.

It would probably be gross and disgusting in person. But yeah that's somewhat a unique side fetish of mine as well.
