I think you have a point. Especially if her tits were tied before she was put on the rack, which you figure was done. Then maybe with the change in orientation as her arms were raised above her head, and the skin of her breasts was pulled? Then more as she was stretched?

Or maybe I'm overthinking it. But I love thinking of conundrums like that one.

And yeah I meant before she's put on the rack. I'm thing that as she's stretched the skin on her chest and breasts would want to stretch under the the tension. But the taut skin above the cord binding her breast would not be able to do that, and she would feel a additional pain as her chest skin pulls against the cord... as well as greatly increased pressure on her bulging tits. Hypothetical, but interesting. Perhaps we should conduct a few real time experiments to test my theory.

Slightly modified, the tied boobs are an addition. I'm not a big fan of tied tits, one need to have large udders to produce something and I prefer the mignone ones.

Yeah, good point. Needing such large breasts does cut down on the number of prospective playmates, and I hate to leave out any females that might deserve my attention.
