Just looking at the images, I really like the colors you picked for her (now discarded) outfit, and her deep tan certainly makes one think of a wife lounging at the pool, naked, teasing all the Mafioso.

The shape of the guys head and his hairline for some reason made me think of Nicolas Cage.

I remember reading that somewhere, but this is all fantasy, so we're able to appreciate the imagery, right? Even if the fantasy Maiden would be considered more of an execution device than what would normally be described as a "torture device"! A victim once the doors are closed isn't going to be interrogated very much more.

I remember reading that somewhere, but this is all fantasy, so we're able to appreciate the imagery, right? Even if the fantasy Maiden would be considered more of an execution device than what would normally be described as a "torture device"! There's actually one more scene. Someone up above seemed to channel John Travolta as the rich Italian, so I visualize him saying to his unfaithful wife:

"There you go, my dear. Can't really say anything, can you? I imagine it really hurts to try to inflate your lungs with all the spikes in your breasts and your chest! Anyway, enjoy yourself for the next few days--I've read that victims who get shut inside the Maiden usually last that long. One unfortunate lady lasted for a whole week! I wonder how long you'll last? Oh, you won't be by yourself all the time. I'll drop in now and again to see how you're doing and to give you some water and stimulants so you'll last longer and enjoy all the excitement associated with this marvelous device! But bye for now. I have guests to entertain upstairs!"

The background is that an extremely wealthy man's wife has been having an affair with a handsome Italian gigolo, but she is unaware that her husband's millions are due to his crimes in the Mafia. And a Mafia Don does not take to betrayal by his wife as others would, by divorcing her. Instead, at the party at which her absence is noted, he tells everyone she has drained one of his trust accounts and vanished, not even taking her Italian plaything with her. Instead, she discovers that the old Italian mansion in which she had lived had basements she was not aware of, dating back to the times of the dreaded Inquisition.

I'll post additional images tomorrow about the closing of the door of the Maiden. Our heroine will have an exciting few days to contemplate her misdeeds, I should think.

Oh my.... this just oozes sex, cruelty, and agony.... our 3 favorite things around here.

Just a superb job at creating a classic torture, and I especially love the final 'closing series which is clearly the best I've ever seen. Well done and thanks for sharing.

I read a long story in one of the adult books from the 1970's called "Kidnapped" in which a pair of fashion models were kidnapped. When their owner wouldn't pay their ransom, the models were subjected to a series of tortures that got more severe each time when the ransom was not paid. Close to the end, one of the models was wrapped in linen strips like a mummy and put into a Maiden-like torture device. The back of the device had spikes graduated to match her body shape, and the top, also with spikes graduated to match her figure, was screwed down instead of having doors that were closed (spikes in closing doors wouldn't go in straight but would make an arc as the door was closed, which would tear the flesh and hasten her end). Anyway, the top was screwed down gradually until the points pricked through the linen strips and reached the fashion model's flesh at the same time, front and back. She was penetrated cruelly as the spikes sank two inches deep into her flesh and she was left like that for twenty-four hours. No danger of dying, no excessive bleeding, but horribly painful. Of course, her owner still didn't pay, and the two models were supposed to go through a pair of ordeals they wouldn't survive. Unfortunately, I think they were rescued.

That book disappeared while I was in the military, and I've never been able to find it, though it's one of my favorite fantasy memories. Rats!
