The way to get models to consent to harsher treatment -- probably the only way -- is to pay more. It would also help to increase their odds of winning, but as Pedro has explained, that cuts both ways. A guaranteed payout makes appearing on Elite Pain more attractive, but it also reduces the incentive to not give up when the pain starts to become terrible.

I assume that Elite Pain has a contract with its models, and the principal consent is there. If the contract says that sometimes the dominas cheat, and whip more sensitive places than the place that has been drawn, then so be it. Maybe fewer models would sign the contract, but those that do have consented. If the contract doesn't say that, then the cheating isn't really based on consent. The harsher the better for us viewers, but Pedro and Pablo have to balance that against attracting models and maintaining consent.

Ariel had that in Domina Competition 2 - she was cheating so as a punishment we declared her the loser in a game otherwise she would have easily won...

Actually we were much more stern with Ariel's cheating than with Tatjana's unfair moves...

... I cannot really explain why....

But looking back to the time after that clit piercing I cannot remember Ariel cheating again....

So this method might actually work....
