How does this sound for a script? I sent it to Alex as a proposal.

Scene 1: CRY wakes up on the hospital bed and tries to walk out, but collapses on the floor and passes out. Dr. Squalus and Evil Assistant hear the noise and enter the room and find her on the floor. Dr. Squalus decides to make it impossible for CRY to walk. Dr. Squalus will beat CRY's feet.

Scene 2: CRY's feet are tied to the spreader bar and her hands are tied overhead (same starting position as the other "Preparing For Surgery" movies). Dr. Squalus and Evil Assistant enter the room. Dr. Squalus tells CRY that CRY has been a bad girl for trying to escape, so now CRY must be punished. Evil Assistant grabs the spreader bar and lifts it up. Dr. Squalus takes the Wartenburg Wheel and rolls it across CRY's feet, testing the sensitivity of CRY's skin. Then, Dr. Squalus adds electricity to the wheel. Lots of crying and begging for mercy.

Scene 3: Dr. Squalus places the wheel on the table and pulls out a small stick or baton. Dr. Squalus taps the stick against the bottom of CRY's feet. Sometimes soft, sometimes hard. CRY begs for mercy. The usual things.

Scene 4: Dr. Squalus tells her Evil Assistant to hold CRY tight, because this will hurt (good drama because the audience will wonder what will happen). Dr. Squalus places rubber bands around CRY's feet. Dr. Squalus stretches each band and then lets go, so that the rubber snaps against CRY's skin. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. More crying and begging.

Scene 5: CRY is standing on wood blocks, her feet tied to the spreader bar, her hands bound overhead. Dr. Squalus and Evil Assistant enter the room. Evil Assistant attaches wires to CRY's toes and clamps to CRY's nipples. Dr. Squalus says some evil dialogue. The electrocution box is turned on and CRY is shocked. CRY begs and pleads. Evil Assistant kicks the wood blocks away, so that CRY is suspended. Dr. Squalus electrocutes her again. Dr. Squalus tells CRY that CRY's feet will never touch a floor again. Dr. Squalus electrocutes her again. Fade to black.

Any suggestions on something you'd like to see? Maybe a hot iron to her soles? Something else?

If this can involve her toes getting sucked and bitten, that will be so so good. Let her struggle, let her try to break free, but manhandle her. Make her scream while her feet are sucked, bitten and belted cruelly!

I actually changed Scenes 4 and 5. No rubber bands. Scene 5 became Scene 4 and I added a new ending scene to set up a possible sequel. I also added using a sponge to revive CRY after she blacks out from electrocution, setting up the new ending.

I'm not a big fan of the lab coats and scrubs, expecially as I don't speak Russian and any storyline will be lost on me, but otherwise it looks bloody good! And I do appreciate the fact that Alex is trying new stuff and is not making the same movie over and over.

I had criticized one of the earlier CW clips depicting electrocution, in which the model convulsed when exposed to electricity. I told Alex that it wasn't realistic; that the body would tense up and stay tense as long as the electricity was flowing. Think of a rat in an electric mousetrap. I sent him a video link to such an instance on YouTube. But, I also think it was CRY being an experienced model. She's done enough electro scenes that she's got some good experience depicting it. The gutteral sounds and the tongue sticking out are all her. I hadn't even imagined that, nor put it in the script, but she did it perfectly.

I don't speak Russian either, so here's the basic storyline:

Female prisoners that are deemed enemies of the state are sent to a state-funded university research center for experiments and disposal. The doctor (Dr. Squalus) gives the new subjects a medical exam to establish if the girl is suitable for experimentation. Dr. Squalus also intends to harvest the subject's organs and body fluids for sale on the black market for a little extra money, so she wants to verify that they are healthy. As Dr. Squalus gives the test subject an exam, the subject resists and is punished with electricity. Once the subject is subdued, Dr. Squalus finishes her exam and tests the subject's neurological response using the Wartenburg Wheel. Then, the first experiment is the effect of the electrified wheel on the subject's nervous system. That's followed by an experiment to see how many shocks and at what intensity it takes to knock the subject unconscious. Then comes the harvesting of the subject's digestive juices for sale as an industrial solvent. To make sure all of the bile is collected, the subject gets another electro shock when the flow slows to a trickle, just to squeeze out the last little bit. If the subject regains consciousness she is simultaneously suffocated and suspended until she passes out. Then she's taken to the operating room for surgery to harvest her organs.

While the subject is in the operating room, she wakes up. End chapter. Wait for the sequel. Will she escape? Or will she be recaptured and catch the wrath of the mad doctor?

I went with a medical motif because so many of CW's productions are maniac gangsters, state police interrogators, and mad monks. Medical experiments wasn't really in their library. Also, it allows an infinite number of different "tests" before the subject is "harvested". Bastard science can be wonderfully evil. At some point I want to do a "medical crucifixion" in which a subject is hung on a cross and periodically examined as she slowly succumbs to the stress on her body. There'd be good humiliation and fear by the subject, I think.
