I reckon these belong in this thread:
I imagine her as a covert agent working undercover in a brutal Junta Dictatorship - her civilian clothes suggest this. She's betrayed, captured and now being interrogated to reveal her contacts and accomplices.
She starts off blindfolded and seated awaiting her ordeal (love the way her skirt's rode up revealing her thighs and the way her bra is visible through the thin material of her top) - she protests her innocence but soon she's standing, teetering in her heels as the rope is tightened.
The rope is tightened further restricting her breathing and she desperately twists her hands trying to free herself to no avail - her skirt is removed increasing her humiliation.
Finally, the rope is tightened to the max and she struggles desperately to breathe - at the same time her top has been pulled down, her bra removed revealing her tits and the rope between her legs cuts painfully into her crotch!
A terrible ordeal - does she talk hoping they will show her mercy or does she try to hold out knowing that, if she does break, they'll finish her off anyway once they have the information.

Thanks for posting some more - I love these:
First pic - love the back shot showing how her arms have been bound together at the elbows - having her shoulders pulled back like that must be really painful. And I love the way she's lifting her foot out of her heeled shoes - desperately straining to ease the pressure of the rope.
Second pic - I love both views of her now they've removed her skirt. Her panties are on display and it's great that she's wearing thong briefs - great view of that superb bottom!
Third pic - A great view of her body. Tits fully exposed and those legs are superb - and great to see that rope slicing deep into her her panties buried deep in her crotch!
