Sub Contracts with Options

All of us want to see whippings as harsh as can be arranged. Most of us want it done with the consent of the sub. Some of us are content with a sort of general consent -- I agree to be whipped and I know it will be bad and all sorts of things might happen. Others of us want more specific consent -- consent to the worst that might happen once the game begins. And we think that going beyond that consent shortens movies, sometimes dramatically -- think about Darcia upside down -- and drives away good models. Will Zazie really come back again this time?

So here's an approach that might get some or most of the harshness that now comes with cheating, but done with consent.
I assume that Elite Pain has some kind of written agreement with its subs. At least in the U.S., you would be crazy to do this without written consent. So that consent should lay out the rules of the game -- 100 strokes, 5 body parts, sub distributes the strokes, add lucky cards, all strokes with single tail whip, without knots, except that pussy strokes are with a strap.

Then you could add optional clauses to authorize more. Something like:

Domina may inflict up to ___ [fill in a number] strokes on a body part other than the one chosen for that round. For each such stroke actually inflicted, sub will receive an extra ___ [fill in a number] dollars [choose one: if she wins the game, whether or not she wins the game.]

Domina may use a single tail whip for up to ___ [fill in a number] strokes on the pussy. For each such stroke actually inflicted, sub will receive an extra ___ [fill in a number] dollars [choose one: if she wins the game, whether or not she wins the game.]

Domina may inflict up to ___ [fill in a number] strokes with knots tied in the single tail whip. For each such stroke, sub will receive an extra ___ [fill in a number] dollars [choose one: if she wins the game, whether or not she wins the game.]

You could no doubt develop all sorts of options. An extra payment to add to the deck some of the vicious new cards that fans have proposed. Or a deduction from the base rate to take some cards out of the deck. The basic idea is that with some extra money, you could get consent to harsher treatment.

Like when in the back & saltwater round - as it happened lately - Tatjana thinks that it would be fun spraying not only the given body part but to treat all the previously whipped body parts too, including the single tail whipped pussy... Who would put a line about it in the contract if this had been never even proposed earlier, being a spontaneaous act of her?
You see my point? At that given point Tatjana felt it would feel great to spray every little cut on the player's body and she just could not stop herself when she heard AA crying and moaning in pain. You cannot be prepared for everything.

EP has been producing films for so many years that I think that the contracts are correct.

With bad luck the number of strokes could raise over 300! Cynthia suffered 50 pussy strokes!!!
So the risk of a few misdirected hits are not above what is accepted.

So the problem is the perception of cheating, which some viewers dislike and disapprove of. ( I don't, but I understand ).

I would suggest not declaring doms as winners when the player quits. ( Tatjana seems to prefer to have fun and not worry too much about the threat of not being paid or hired. )
If the motivation of the dominas would be to enjoy their job and have fun, (not to win) the subject of cheating would not come to mind.

The dominas could be spontaneous up to the limits the sub has consented to; you could also let them be spontaneous with regard to things not mentioned in the contract. So if there's nothing in the contract and Tatjana decides to spray the front as well as the back, she's free to do that. Once it happens the first time, you could add a clause about it.
I do think that cheating makes the game significantly worse for the subs and makes it unfair. Stroke after stroke with the single tail across the pussy, potentially up to 30 (Amanda showed no signs of stopping), is much much worse than 30 on the ass. Just see Zazie's furious reaction. You can't really say that was not above what was accepted.

These games are not fair fights, to say the least.

I admit that I hope the player wins in every movie, but I would also find it sad (and mean ) to prevent Tatjana and Amanda from having fun.

Hello musial2. I support your suggestion. However, we have to keep in mind, that we are watching a movie. And typical for movies is, that not everything we see or hear is real.

Some of the obviously stupid decisions of the players (I mean continuing even being sure not to succeed) can only be explained, if we assume that all participants in the movie are rewarded. No matter if loosing or winning. Imagine the player earning money for every stroke she endures. Imagine the dominas earning money for very stroke they distribute. Imagine the bonus of 2500 dollars to be a goody on top of the normal reward. Imagine player and dominas participating in the sales of their movies. Would that not be a motivation for backtalking and cheating, for complaining and arguing? To make the movie more interesting? For us viewers?

At least with this imaginations I could get rid of bad feelings towards the producer or the dominas. And I can enjoy every new movie.

One more thought, in response to Amari. Zazie's reaction shows that she did not think that all those pussy strokes in a bottom round were part of the game. They were more than she had consented to. Similarly with Lyen in COP 3 I think it was, and with all the other subs who have complained about cheating.
I agree that complaining about nipple strokes is different. Nipples are obviously part of the breast and fair game in a breast round. Maybe the subs think that dommes should not concentrate there, and we could debate whether the spirit of the game is to spread them out, but whipping the nipples in a breast round is clearly within the rules.
