The movie Act of Valor has a brief scene where a female hostage gets her hand drilled after begging the narco torturer not do it.

yes, this is the scene I thought of. Roselyn Sanchez is taken down from her standing AOH scene and then they tie her hands to a table whereupon they use a drill on them. Note, the lighting may be bad as it is for the AOH scene :/

It's really a shame that those long torture scenes with Roselyn Sanchez are barely visible due to the low light.
I tried to lighten a few caps a bit.
