Yes, I remember that quite well, because the bang was very audible. The reaction was understandable, particularly since B developed a special relationship with all of his "victims", some of them more than others. At least, that is what he insinuates in some of his interviews. If he would have had more resources and time, those glitches could have been taken care in the editing room, but there was always a hurry to produce. I can imagine a remake of Tourist Trap with the digital resources that are available now. But, then again, no such thing would fly in these times when nothing that smells of non-consensual happenings is possible. Besides the drag of pre and post-action interviews where the GIMP expounds on the part of the torture she like best and made her cum.
