Here is a description of the scene: "Daniela Ramírez lying naked on a metal cot showing her breasts and hard nipples as a guy uses some jumper cables to electrify the cot causing Daniela to arch her back and shake as she's electrocuted until finally he stops and she lies there looking around while he starts to take off his pants."

Those are some long nipples. Would look good with the electrodes clamped directly on.

Now nipple clamps would not be good. A small pin (with wire attached) through the end of the nipple. That would leave them still standing proudly. Or... wrap wire really, really tight around the base of each nipple.
The piece of film portrays the effect of the torture fabulously and the make up shows the wear and tear brilliantly.

Couldn't agree more. That is a very realistic scene, unlike the wild thrashing that is usually served in electro torture clips.

Idk, I’ve seen videos of real electric torture (wouldn’t recommend, it’s not pretty), and most of the time there’s a lot of thrashing, pulling away, and screaming.
