Help me find this video?

A few years ago I came across a random gimp like video but lost the link and can't find it again.
Basically it shows this FBI agent (well maybe fbi but some kind of government agent) trying to solve
a case of some kind of serial killer who has all these kidnapped women in a shed. He ties them up and puts them in wierd gas masks etc. anyways he captures the agent and parades her in the forest with her arms bound to a bamboo staff etc...its really hot.
i just wish I could find the damn video again or who made it.
