Looking for Movie Title

I'm looking for the movie title from these screen caps I found. It seems contain some tortures such AOH, elektro and water torture. This movie probably from old Asian movie or also could be Pinku Eiga, but seems I can't find the movie title and the old site already long gone. Please inform me if anyone ever remember watched this movie, thank you!

Looking for this older video, maybe from the Erotic Perversion series:
The actress is similar to "Sherrie", slender, with great legs, but with different facial features. John Blakemore works with an "old man" style mask on.
Does anyone know if it can be found under another title? Or if there are additional stills from this video?
