The long remake of the final torture scene from the mainstream movie KILL PINOCHET is an intense and explicit depiction of the "parrilla" torture method. The girl is strapped naked to a bed frame, her body vulnerable and on display. One of the soldiers leans in and demands in Spanish, "Dínos los nombres de tus compañeros, perra." ("Tell us the names of your companions, bitch.") She pleads, "Por favor, no más electricidad," ("Please, no more electricity,") and insists, "No sé nada," ("I don't know anything,") but the soldiers are relentless. The Girl desperate pleas and the brutal marks left on her body create a visceral and disturbing spectacle, heightened by the soldiers' taunts and threats. "Dínos lo que queremos saber y esto parará," ("Tell us what we want to know, and this will stop,") one of them says, but it's clear they have no intention of stopping.
