Some words are not really allowed in the current BDSM lexicon. Not sure why. The verb describes an act that puts the victim in as much of a helpless position as torture. It often uses a material that is perfectly acceptable by the simple change of the vowel used. It is much more desirable when the victim is old enough to be described by another word that is almost required with another alternative vowel. But perhaps there are others on the list who enjoy images that depict this act.

BDSM, as a scene, has always been squirrelly about some things. Many years back, I tried getting into my local "group." First I was demeaned a bit as being "just a role player" (no shit considering my fantasy level), then outright condemned in an early internet exchange where I made reference to the gimp as the "victim." Oh, lordy, that evoked some passion.

As to rape in use as an aspect of sadistic fantasy, hell yes. It's a perfectly good word, accurate and concise. As to employing it as a part of the ordeal, also hell yes. My personal fantasy views torture as the finest kind of sexual foreplay. Except for the public punishments, all of my more intimately set stories feature a vigorous rape after, or often during the torture.
