In "Pain it forward: leaded" by Infernal Restraints an enema is delivered to her asshole. She is tied in a small basin (I hope this is the correct word) and soon a lot of poop, scat, shit, and whatever word you want pops out. Some water is filled in to the basin where she still is laying and her face is then a few times held down into the shitty water.
