I love "the post" images. Here is one from Powershotz that I've been carrying around for awhile. I believe she goes by Lexi?

Of note: her arms are lifted and cuffed behind her, to add to the strappado effect, and there isn't any padding under her knees.
Maybe we could add some rice kernels under them to add to her discomfort?
