It's a pretty safe bet that if Insex didn't get around to doing it back in the day, in our new more paranoid and intolerant world nobody is going to be doing it. At least if they want to be able to get paid for their product.

Insex did it in a few videos, and also in some later (post-Insex) productions.

Occasionally you'll see porn where the GIMP is dragged by her wrists or ankles across the grass on along the road. The awful Subspaceland had one once, and I seem to remember others. I can't find anything like this out there now. Does any helpful soul have any links or pointers? Many thanks.

This is a recurrent theme in a desert setting. Indians, arabs, mongols... I would have loved seeing khal whatshisname do it to Daenerys. But on grass or paved roads?
