You are partially right.... Viktoria Daniels is ONLY at the end of this movie, she is appearing mainly in the part 2. As to ripping you cheaply? Not so, she is just as "cheap" or expensive as the other talent.
But I have asked ( and was told ) that the credit block is only made once for both parts. So nobody is ripping off anybody it is being efficient.
