Funny thing is, the lower back tattoo "Tramp Stamps" started coming back into fashion vogue, likely because the new generation of girls forgot why the previous generation of the 90's quit doing them. During childbirth, the numbing needle can't penetrate the ink to relieve the pain. So, it hurt to get the tattoo on, and it'll hurt again later.
