Credits:
1) A comp of some images by an unknown (and probably defunct) website. I've left the watermark in the first image, but these old eyes can't make it out. Might be useful for an (American East Coast) Indian torture manip? It's difficult to find good Indian brave images so that's partially why I haven't attempted to.

That's a good set-up. You're right. It begs for First Nation manipulation; white settler captured by the natives and tortured as a warning to other wagon trains passing through their territory.

3) Filmed Hanging. The original was part of a Cruel World slideshow, TheGirlAndTheLoopEtude1, with a very nice unnamed model/actress, and she's not taken to the logical conclusion in the original. But I couldn't leave well enough alone. Apologies to those who are not into snuff.

And here's another miscellaneous image. Sometimes the software ads on Renderotica provide some interesting images themselves. This is one cropped from a Davos ad.

Very handy for transporting a victim to torture, instead of trying to manhandle a twisting, struggling girl. And then, when she's semi-, or unconscious après-torture, a good way to get her back to her cell, instead of carrying/dragging 100+ pounds of dead weight.
