Yeah, it's a craze nowadays about steaming rather than boiling ... it's healthier, they say ... what do I know?

yeah, you don't lose all those nutrients to the boiling water... Very nice...I mean the image, not necessarily the recipe... :lol:

I heard that some frogs stay in boiling water instead of jumping out, don't know if it's any truth to that ...

It would be slower I would think, as well as more 'visible'.... and therefore entertaining. :twisted:
