Since I was looking through Kink Nika Noire images, decided to mod this one and put it out there. I've played with a lo-res version over the years.

The Cartel kidnapped the favorite Russian concubine of the rival Cartel leader.
In the old warehouse, they stripped her naked and pulled her up into a straining spreadeagle in front of a crowd of enthusiastic gang members.
They documented her ordeal with a cameraphone, streaming it on the Dark Web for consumption.

The guy looking at her reminds me a bit of Dr. Spock

Given the person I believe your referring to looks very much like a Vulcan I suspect you mean Mr. Spock. While Mr. Spock or just Spock may or may not have been a doctor his official title was "Science Officer" and/or "First Officer" I'm pretty sure he was never referred to as Doctor. Possibly to avoid confusion with the famous pediatrician and popular (at the time) author Dr. Benjamin Spock Who went by the name of Dr. Spock.
Just being picky.

You are right of course, I know about THAT Dr. Spock but was mislead because the character played by Nimoy is indeed called, in the translated episodes aired in my country, doctor Spock.
