I'm not sure, because long time ago, that they were any good. True?
Which begs the question whatever came of Wave Productions? Will Burner
They did at least one and it was the biggest piece of crap I ever watched. It was called Cannibal Supper and starred Laura Giglio, who used to be really cute (Oh, that hair!). But...it was still WAVE Productions, the company with million dollar ideas but 50 cent budgets. If I recall, they didn't even attempt to light a fire under the pot that Laura was sitting in. I don't even think they even tried to fake it. And based on the box cover, it appears the cooking pot was too small for her, anyway. It's been a long time since I bought it, but I remember being really pissed that I wasted 25 bucks on it.

*sniff sniff* Yep, it's fresh, all right! So fresh I had never seen this one before. Nice one, thanks! And here I thought this particular thread was dead.

Has anyone ever seen a Japanese film called
The Joy of Torture 2: Oxen-Split Torturing? A lovely collection of historical Japanese atrocities including burning at the stake (way too short!) and a sequence where a young lady has her joints pulled away by a team of oxen. There's also a scene where a woman gets repeatedly dunked into a vat of boiling water before they put a lid over the pot and leave her to simmer inside. Here's a teaser:

And here is the complete scene, still too short at only 24 seconds but includes some bonus screaming, always music to my ears.
