For the very few who will read this, I have a couple of announcements, in case you are curious.

The FORUM RULES heading is gone. The reason? Well, it was intended for those who wanted to register to follow some instructions. NO ONE DID, so, no need for that if no one reads it.

We changed the registration settings to Email Verification, and it seems that it is a bit more complicated, so, NO REGISTRATIONS so far. NONE. I guess bots do not have real email addresses, or something.

Until yesterday we received more than 100, One HUNDRED, registrations a day, we have thousands sitting in limbo and they will be erased forever this week.

This change will save us a lot of time.

The Forum itself will be changed in many ways. We're upgrading the php system, it will give us more options and if all goes well, it will be faster.

For those who are reading this, the changes won't be a surprise. For the rest... confusion awaits.

At this very moment we're all going nuts with the theatrical release of Amy's Pygmalion. I'll have news about that soon.

I think email registrations are a good thing... filters out a lot. Thanks for all your effort, as always!

Strangely enough, not ONE registration since then. Our records show an insistent registration effort by ONE individual with a bunch of IP addresses and invalid emails, lots of them. It's such a nice thing not having to worry about bots.

Oh the changes!

The 24th Anniversary of the GIMP is tomorrow and as it happens all the time, we're changing the graphics.

This year we're going a bit slow, so the change in the page is temporary, it will become different in a few days.

If you are seeing the old graphics, that's because your browser is keeping in its memory the way it used to look. In a few days, unless you clear the browsing data from today, you will see the new page graphics.

Ahhh, but I do read this kinda stuff, albeit a bit late, perhaps. Thank you very much for the info, will try to check in more often.
